Gladys Basinillo
Rising from the ranks of Media from Assistant with Aspac & Grey and J Romero to Media Director and Business Unit Head in ZenithOptimedia and Mediacom respectively, Gladys reached C-Suite positions with Carat\Dentsu, and Starcom Media Group\Publicis where she is credited with turning the agencies around by rallying new business, new accounts and acquisitions.

While she is known as a pioneer in creative media, Gladys has deep experience in all the facets of media from billing to strategy and across all categories both local and multinational.

Gladys’s footprint in the industry includes important leadership roles in the industry including President of the Media Specialists Association of the Philippines (MSAP) where she spearheaded the Single Currency bid, the biggest multi-industry collaboration in the Philippines.In 2020, Gladys took her love for the industry and set up Intersections Where the independence allows her to spread her wings even further.
April yap
April started her media agency profession as the insights lead for Mindshare, a role which grew into founding Deputy Director for the GroupM Knowledge Center. Her work on insights includes foundational work such as the pioneering champion for GroupM’s 3D and Dentsu Aegis Media’s CCS.

From insights, April trained in Carat’s Singapore hub and took on strategic planning roles culminating with the head of strategy for Publicis Media.

Her background in creative writing and an equally strong love for numbers has given April a knack for storytelling and narratives which has served well in linking business and brand.
Ravi Trivedi
Ravi’s 5-year stay in the Philippines saw him in digital-focused roles asLead\Mindshare-GroupM, WPP, Director\Carat, then GM\iProspect & Amnet,the last two of Dentsu Aegis Network. Part of his ongoing trot around APAC finds Ravi as Chief Digital Officer of Intersections.

Twelve years of Digital Leadership working with Fortune 500 clients make for rich and deep experience. His knowledge diversity includes complex eCommerce interface with Fintech, Data and Analytics, and the new business models of Innovation, and Machine Learning.

Data-driven challenges call for experts. Ravi’s role is to advance the agency’s unique capabilities that deliver precise yet creative solutions, the science behind the product and the endless possibilities of creative freedom.
Federico Piacenza
Federico is a seasoned marketing professional renowned for his expertise in driving business growth through data-driven strategies. With a remarkable career spanning 15 countries and over 90 brands, Federico's impact on the industry is far-reaching.

Prior to his current role, Federico spent nine years at Starcom, playing a pivotal role in handling prestigious accounts such as Coca-Cola. By seamlessly integrating regional strategies with the specific needs of local markets, Federico played a key role in driving the success of notable brands.
